Lutein Helps to Support Eye Health

Contains 20mg Lutein Per Serving

Lutein is found in high concentrations in the macula, which is the part of the eye that provides vision and eyesight. It helps to protect the eye from bright lights and other irritants so that it can continue to serve its fuction.

Lutein

Foods that are rich in Lutein include kale, spinach, eggs, avocado and other fruits and vegetables with deep yellow and orange colors. Lutein is a nutrient that must be consumed either by food or supplements. General Balance Lutein contains 20 mg per serving to help support your daily needs.
