Production Process
Plant tissue from the leaf, stem, and roots are cultured for over 90 days
Callus cultures develop When cell division occurs on the cut surface of plant tissue
Callus Proliferation Cultured for over 90 days
Calluses are tranferred to flasks to establish suspension cultures
Incubated in a small bioreactor for over 180 days
Pilot Plants are cultivated in a large bioreactor for over 90 days
Quality control after Filtration Separation
'11,000 hour' wait from cultivation to quality control!!
Plant callus cultures take a total of 460 days (11,040 hours) from initial culture production to final quality testing. Only after undergoing all of these processes and the final quality test can they be used as an ingredient for products.
To maximize the benefits of the plant callus cultures, we applied "liposome" technology to ensure the delivery of these precious nutrients to the skin. Plant callus cultures deeply nourish the skin to help support overall health-looking skin and help to reduce signs of aging such as loss of firmness, fine lines, and wrinkles.
